Return & Exchanges

We really hope you love every AONIJIE item you purchase, however, if you do need to make a return you're welcome to do so within 60 days of receipt.Returns will not incur handling charges, but the customer will be responsible for the postage for returns and exchanges. All exchanges and returns can be made within 60 days.

Exchanges

You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. Please make your return as outlined below.

Returns

If you need to return something for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number so that we may assist you further.securely package your return and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly please contact our Customer Care team within 60 days of delivery so that we may help you further. Please be sure to provide photos of your broken item(s) with a photo of the bottom/side of the product.

Items that may not be returned:

All undergarments, socks, insole, discontinued and clearance items may not be returned.We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable.

Product Condition:

All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.Laundered items cannot be returned.
