Hi

Its the first time I'm using a water bladder for my trek/runs. I was unsure why I found it difficult to drink the water through the mouth piece. it was hard to suck the water while biting. I also double checked to make sure the valve is completely open. I probably using it incorrectly. A few more times and probably this review could be changed.
